Here is a good series of blog posts by Mark Hoofnagle about universal health care that are full of facts and data - and words, lots and lots of words.
He starts off by discussing what a national health care system should look like, then tackles the question are patients in universal healthcare countries less satisfied? (I warned you about the words.)
Next he gives a brief overview of what universal health care looks like in other countries:
Then he unleashes a word avalanche on why health care is so damn expensive here in the US.
I didn't get through all of a couple of these, but I got a lot out of the attempt. Links to other articles, particularly fact based ones with an anti-UHC conclusion, would be greatly appreciated.
